Plans for Lighthouse Landing
The developer's intitial proposal called for:
- 1,562 multi- and single-family residences
- 180,000 square feet of retail space
- 52,000 square feet of office space
- 147-room hotel
We have been advised by the developer and village officials that plans have subsequently been scaled back to:
- 1,250 multi- and single-family residences
- 132,000 square feet of retail space
- 30,000 square feet of office space
- 140-room hotel
Detail of Roseland Development Proposal.
“We’re deeply concerned by the density of this project, which would increase the village population by a third.”
—Richard Plano, Sleepy Hollow resident, The Journal News, Feb. 9, 2005
